Weedcolors is a cannabis lifestyle brand rooted in color, culture, and community. I partnered with the founder to re-design their website and mobile app, guiding UX strategy, UI design, and content structure from concept to launch.

Project Timeline
Initial Concept & Design Competition (Nov 2023):
Weedcolors began as a design competition between myself and 3–4 other designers. After presenting two reimagined mobile app pages, my work was selected to lead the full redesign.
Full Project Kickoff (Mar 2024 – Nov 2024):
What started as a 21-page site evolved into a 37-page experience as the brand's vision expanded. I led the UX and UI design across both web and mobile platforms, delivering wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and annotated files for development.
Development & Testing (Mar 2025 – Present):
With capital raised, the project resumed development. The website is now launching May 2025, and the mobile app is currently undergoing usability testing to incoporate a newly designed checkout flow.
My Role & Process:
Led UX/UI design across website and mobile app
Built wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
Created scalable design systems and layout hierarchy
Utilized AI tools to generate on-brand imagery for the app
Collaborated with developers on handoff and QA
Consulted on brand tone, digital storytelling, and launch prep
Currently conducting a usability study to refine the mobile app experience
